Einsatz für die Rettungskräfte: Am Dienstagmittag, 21. Mai fiel eine Person in Eichenzell-Löschenrod ins Wasser und konnte sich nicht mehr selbst befreien. Nach Informationen von Martin Fischer (Gemeindebrandinspektor der Gemeinde Eichenzell) ist ein circa 81-jähriger Mann beim Spinnangeln mit der Wathose ausgerutscht und dabei ins Wasser gefallen. Unglücklicherweise konnte er sich nicht mehr aus dem Wasser befreien. \"Die Ersthelfer vor Ort haben ihm professionell geholfen und ihn auf die andere Seite des Ufers gebracht\", so Fischer gegenüber unserem O|N-Reporter vor Ort. Der Mann ist nach ersten Informationen unverletzt geblieben.
