Volkswagen ID. Tiguan R-Line Driving Video

Volkswagen is continuing its naming strategy with its next model: following the ID. Polo and ID. Cross, the new ID. Tiguan will arrive at the markets in the beginning of 2027. The established name is intended to provide customers with clear orientation and stands as a strong product brand for a clearly defined vehicle concept. The new ID. Tiguan will succeed the ID.4 and ID.5 and will be offered alongside the Tiguan with combustion and hybrid powertrains. The world premiere of the ID. Tiguan will take place in early October. Until then, the model will continue testing under camouflage wrap.

A plug-in hybrid drive variant (PHEV) will be added to the BMW 3 Series line-up over the coming year. Die Ängste der Deutschen: R+V-Befragung 2026

Seit 1992 befragt die R+V-Versicherung jedes Jahr rund 2.400 Menschen zu ihren größten Sorgen in Bereichen wie Politik, Wirtschaft, Gesellschaft, Umwelt und Gesundheit. Die größten Sorgen der Befragten betreffen die Wirtschaft. Besonders die steigenden Lebenshaltungskosten beschäftigen viele Menschen. 59 Prozent haben Angst, dass ihr Geld langfristig nicht zum Leben reicht. 53 Prozent fürchten Steuererhöhungen und weniger staatliche Leistungen. 51 Prozent sorgen sich um eine schlechtere Wirtschaftslage und 50 Prozent um steigende Wohnkosten. Auch Zuwanderung beschäftigt viele Menschen: 52 Prozent befürchten, dass der Staat durch Geflüchtete überfordert sein könnte. Auch das Vertrauen in die Politik ist gesunken. Politiker werden im Durchschnitt mit der Schulnote 4,1 bewertet, im Vorjahr war es noch eine 3,8. Viele Menschen glauben nicht mehr daran, dass die Politik Probleme lösen kann. Trotz des heißen Sommers ist die Angst vor dem Klimawandel und vor Naturkatastrophen deutlich gesunken. Laut der Psychologin Judith Mangelsdorf kann die menschliche Psyche nicht dauerhaft mit vielen Krisen gleichzeitig umgehen. Probleme, die man selbst nicht beeinflussen kann, werden oft verdrängt. Insgesamt haben sich die Ängste im Vergleich zum Vorjahr kaum verändert. Manche Sorgen stehen aber besonders stark im Vordergrund, sodass andere Probleme weniger beachtet werden.

Over the past five years, Renault has been exploring its 128-year history, reviving some of its iconic models in the form of one-offs. With these reboots, the brand is continuing to bring its heritage to life, ahead of the opening of the future Renault Collections museum in Flins in around fifteen months time, when the vehicles will be made accessible to the general public. Following the R17 electric restomod x Ora Ïto concept car, and Renault 5 Diamant – an art car created in collaboration with Pierre Gonalons – this latest model is a reboot of the iconic Renault 8 Gordini. A two-seater electric coupé with real character, Renault 8 Gordini Concept gives the legend a new look, with a design inspired by motorsports. With its low, wide body, radical stance, electric powertrain, and 270 hp of power, it resembles a modern rally car in every way. Fusing heritage with contemporary edge, the clean lines of its “café racer  inspired design bring the Gordini spirit to life. Set to be unveiled on 24 September at the Renault Carwalk, Renault 8 Gordini Concept will then be displayed on the Renault stand at the Paris Motor Show, from 12 to 18 October 2026.
